Children

Children under five are not permitted entry to Mainstage performances. Age ranges for our KIDDSTUFF performances are up to the discretion of the parents or legal guardians. All strollers, baby carriages, and car seats must remain in the lobby during performances.

Parents with Babysitters

Please tell your sitters the exact locations of your theatre seat and the phone number to reach house management: 607.273.2787.

Inclement Weather

The Hangar does not cancel or reschedule performances, or offer refunds due to inclement weather.

Concessions

Open for business one hour before each show. Patrons can enjoy a range of snack, sodas, beer and wine to enjoy in the lobby and under our covered patio pre-show and during intermission. Concessions are also allowed in the theatre during performances.

Open one hour prior to all performances. More info.

TICKET REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • All ticket sales at the Hangar Theatre are final, no refunds are given
  • Subscribers wishing to exchange tickets within their subscription may email the box office, boxoffice@hangartheatre.org, visit the Box Office, or call 607-273-2787. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled performance (Upgrade expenses may apply).

Free Pre-show/Post-show Talks

Plan your visit to include the free prologue discussion before each Mainstage performance and a free Talkback with the cast and artistic team after each Tuesday evening performance. More info.
