  • What are Flights?

    Subscribing to the Hangar Theatre has never been easier. The Flight number you select equals the number of tickets you have for the season. YOU decide which shows you want to see and when. Apply your Flight toward a variety of productions throughout the season, or use all your tickets for one performance; it’s up to YOU.

  • Which Flight should I choose?

    Our 3 Flight is designed for individuals who enjoy attending each of the Mainstage productions. Our 6 Flight is designed for couples or pairs within the same household who are looking to attend all three Mainstage productions. Though, how you use your tickets is ultimately your choice! Additionally, our Young Adult 3 Flight is created for students and patrons age 30 and under.

  • Why are there only three Mainstage shows planned for the 2023 season?

    As we reimagine future Hangar Theatre seasons, we are assessing how we can continue to bring high quality productions to Ithaca while also establishing an equitable and sustainable organization. With this in mind, we are creating a season that includes a selection of exciting, thoughtfully chosen productions (shaped by community feedback and conversations) that are each better resourced. However, we also want to discover ways to bring new and different theatrical experiences to the Ithaca community throughout the year, which will be offered as season add-ons, available for purchase at a later date. We invite you to take flight with us!

  • When can I choose my dates and seats?

    You’ll be able to choose your dates and seats online with your flex pass subscription code in spring 2023. Subscribers have priority seating – meaning you will have access to choose your dates and seats before tickets are available to the general public. Additionally, Early Bird subscribers will get to choose seats ahead of regular subscribers!

  • Can I purchase a subscription for someone else?

    Yes, of course! Subscriptions make excellent gifts. Please give us a call at the Box Office (607-273-2787) to complete your purchase over the phone to ensure we have the best contact information for the recipient of your Flight gift.

  • How do I use the 20% Subscriber discount on tickets?

    You can get access to your discount in three ways.

    1- Use the online discount code when purchasing individual tickets over our website. (Check your confirmation email or contact the Box office to learn what the code is!)
    2 – Call the Box Office (607.273.2787) and we can apply your discount over the phone
    3 – Visit us in person during the summer at our theatre (801 Taughannock Blvd.)
