DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, October 19 at 3 pm & 7 pm\n  \nThe Ithaca premiere of Hansel and Gretel will highlight the Ithaca Ballet’s Fall children’s performance.  Choreographed by Lavinia Reid with music by Engelbert Humperdinck\, the Grimm’s well known fairytale in ballet form tells the story of a brother and sister wandering in the forest\, encountering an evil witch and her enchanted gingerbread house. \nThe second half of the program is Peter and the Wolf\, music by Serge Prokofiev and narrated by Peter Ustinov. \nInformation about Ithaca Ballet: ithacaballet.org \n  \nPlease note seating is general admission for this show. \nThe run time is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes\, including an intermission.
