Ticket Fees

In order to maintain a quality box office experience, a ticketing service fee will be added on to each ticket transaction. Fees are the same online as they are in person or over the phone. Ticket fees are not added into the price of the ticket, as is standard in the industry. The amount will vary based on the price of the tickets and the number of tickets purchased, not by the method used to purchase them. This nominal per ticket fee helps to cover box office expenses including ticket stock, software, and the compensation for the person who has helped you choose your seat. Thank you for your support.

Ticket Refunds and Exchanges

  • All ticket sales at the Hangar Performing Arts Center are final, no refunds are given
  • Hangar Theatre Company subscribers wishing to exchange tickets within their subscription may email the box office: boxoffice@hangartheatre.org, visit the Box Office or call 607-273-2787. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled performance (Upgrade expenses may apply)
