Jim Vignato is Technical Director and father of a 13 year-old that hopes to be an airline pilot someday. Jim is a highly-skilled theater lover, producer/director, and technician. His combined skill set as an actor, improv coach, musical theater director, musician, audio engineer, video producer, video editor, lighting designer, and special effects guru makes him a perfect fit for the Hangar team. Jim has over 20 years of experience in creating theater magic on and off the stage, in front of and behind the curtain. In the past, he has produced & directed 17 seasons of broadway-level youth musicals at theaters on Long Island, where he is still an active member of the Suffolk County Film Commission. For the past 3 years, Jim has served as acting-CEO of Cinematic Entertainment, LLC, which operates on Long Island, from Montauk to Manhattan, exclusively producing audio visual productions for high-profile clients. As a performer, Jim is the founder and Lead Vocalist for Rockin’ The Paradise – #1 tribute to Styx, which currently headlines worldwide for Royal Carribean cruise lines. Jim is super excited to join the team at the Hangar and is equally excited for the upcoming season of shows!
